New and experimental drag, techno music and house drinks fill the space at queer multiclub compound Kremwerk + Timbre Room Complex. The Hanky, one of the club’s signature drinks, takes inspiration from the Prohibition-era Hanky Panky (Fernet-Branca, gin and sweet vermouth) and adds soda and grapefruit for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce Fernet-Branca
  • 1 ounce Fernet-Branca
  • splash of grapefruit juice
  • splash of grapefruit juice
  • soda, to top
  • soda, to top

Directions
  1. In a Collins glass, combine first four ingredients with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Top with soda water.
