For the drink’s creator, Steve Schneider, it’s as perfect in a bar setting as it is lounging at home. “It’s what I drink when playing video games,” he says. “I can get a buzz, but still see the bad guys.” 

Ingredients

  • 1 part cream sherry, preferably Harveys Bristol Cream sherry
  • 1 part cream sherry, preferably Harveys Bristol Cream sherry
  • 2 parts coconut-pineapple seltzer, preferably Bubly
  • 2 parts coconut-pineapple seltzer, preferably Bubly

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass over a piece of spear ice.
