Brian Sturgulewski’s Chance Encounter uses the apricot and peach notes of Dimmi to enhance the floral flavors of pisco, while adding a “unique viscosity and weight” to this citrusy cocktail.


Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces pisco, preferably Kappa
  • 1/2 ounce Dimmi
  • 3/4 ounce Salers aperitif
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup

Garnish: grapefruit peel

  1. Shake all ingredients.
  2. Strain in a coupe.
  3. Express grapefruit peel over the surface.
