- 1/4 ounce olive brine
- 1/4 ounce apricot eau de vie
- 1/4 ounce apricot liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- tonic water, to top
Garnish: lemon twist, olive
Directions
- Build the drink in a highball glass filled with ice.
