Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce cane syrup
- 1/2 ounce Suze
- 2 ounce celery juice
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila, agricole rhum, gin or vodka
- soda water, to top
Garnish: celery stick, celery salt, medium-ground black pepper
Directions
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a highball over ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with a celery frond, celery salt and a pinch of medium-ground black pepper.
