Pineapple Daiquiri

This simple, slightly fruity Daiquiri riff incorporates fresh pineapple juice into the classic build.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces white rum, preferably Barbancourt
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
