At Here and Now in Los Angeles, the Porn Star Martini comes refreshingly frozen. At the bar, the drink is batched in a frozen drink machine, but this home bar-friendly recipe makes a single serving in a blender.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Licor 43
  • 1/4 ounce Licor 43
  • 2 ounces passion fruit syrup, frozen into cubes (see Editor’s Note)
  • 2 ounces passion fruit syrup, frozen into cubes (see Editor’s Note)
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.

Frozen Passion Fruit Syrup Blend 1 part passion fruit purée with two parts simple syrup. Freeze into ice cubes.
