Serving: 1

  • 1 grapefruit twist
  • 2 ounces gin, preferably Beefeater
  • 3/4 ounces Punt e Mes
  • 1/4 ounce Cynar
  • 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur, preferably Luxardo

  1. In a mixing glass, gently muddle the grapefruit twist.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and ice, and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe.
