- 1 grapefruit twist
- 2 ounces gin, preferably Beefeater
- 3/4 ounces Punt e Mes
- 1/4 ounce Cynar
- 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur, preferably Luxardo
- In a mixing glass, gently muddle the grapefruit twist.
- Add remaining ingredients and ice, and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe.
