Pinkies Out

Gina Chersevani, Buffalo & Bergen | Washington, D.C.

Gina Chersevani’s sophisticated variation on the classic Pink Lady omits grenadine in favor of bittersweet Campari instead.

This recipe also makes a great pitcher drink, she adds: “Do the same everything times eight, sans egg white. Put it over ice and it’s an incredible little punch.”
