Natasha David, Nitecap | New York

“I love spritzes in general,” says Natasha David of the designated spritz section on Nitecap’s menu, which changes twice yearly. “It’s the kind of drink I love doing because you can take the alcohol down a bit and then can pump it up with bubbles.

This Aperol Spritz variation riffs on one of David’s personal favorites: a simple Aperol sour. Here, she ups the citrus and fruit while still hewing to the classic, low-ABV spirit of the original.
