At Brooklyn’s Long Island Bar, summer spritzes coast right on through fall. Here, herbal Suze meets bianco vermouth in Toby Cecchini’s sbagliato version of the modern-classic White Negroni.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Suze
  • 1 ounce bianco vermouth, preferably Carpano
  • 4 ounces sparkling wine, preferably prosecco

Garnish: cucumber and orange peel

Directions
  1. Build over a large cube in a double Old-Fashioned glass.
  2. Garnish with a long slice of cucumber and a twist of orange zest.
