Macadamia Nut Chi Chi

Adapted from Jeff "Beachbum" Berry

A blended mess of vodka, pineapple, coconut cream and rich, nutty macadamia liqueur, this frozen cocktail is a tiki original with versions attributed to Polynesian forebears Don the Beachcomber and Trader Vic. Modern tiki expert Jeff “Beachbum” Berry rejiggered this version in his 2002 Intoxica



  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 1/2 ounces macadamia nut liqueur
  • 8 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 cups ice

Garnish: umbrella

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two tiki mugs.
  4. Garnish with an umbrella.
